"My entire experience with Presidential Dental has been absolutely amazing. The 1st time we spoke was at 4:30 in the afternoon and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. When I arrived every single person on the staff greeted me. I waited for about 7 minutes before being taken into an examination room. I scheduled the appointment to address a come and go pain on the upper right side of my mouth. Thought I was going to have a tooth extracted. After the exam I learned that I would need to have 3 teeth removed. Makes sense as I had not been to the dentist in over 7 years. Saying "terrified" doesn't accurately give the full view of how scared I am of 'The Dentist'. 3 extractions? I told Dr. Brown that I would die before I had 3 teeth removed. She then explained to me the various studies and evidence that show how problems that start in your mouth can become systemic issues over time. Alzheimer's even pops up in these studies. But even with all of this evidence, she backed up, realizing how stressed and worried I was. Dr. Brown explained that she could call in a prescription that would help with my anxiety over the procedure. Done deal. We set a date 2 weeks away ( to give me time to process all of this ). I called my insurance company the next day to get some billing details and learned that Presidential Dental was out of my network. I told my dental administrator that this is where I was going because I was comfortable with how everything was explained and specifically Dr. Brown's professionalism. What stuck out to me is when she explained WHAT needed to be done. She stressed that she never says, "this is going to be easy". She said that what I needed done was straight-forward for her and her team. The day before my appointment I received a text informing me that my prescription was ready. I followed the instructions and arrived at the office the next day feeling unusually calm. Now, the reason I'm terrified of the dentist is because of my last visit. 5 needles to the gums - and I felt every one of them. When I explained this to Dr. Brown she said, "not today". She then applied some jelly-like substance on my gums and within a couple minutes I couldn't feel when I tapped against my cheek. Then she picked up the syringe! I barely felt the first one and don't know how many hits there were in total because I didn't feel anything else. 10 minutes later it was all done! Dr. Brown sat down with me and went over the post op instructions and then called in my prescriptions. I still had not felt any discomfort 2 hours later when I got to the pharmacy. Marked the time and then started the pills regimen. Woke up today with nothing but a very slight swelling in the area of the extractions - that has already gone down as I'm typing this 13 hours after the visit. There was not one aspect of my experience that could have been better. It doesn't seem possible that there could be a better dentist - or staff - than Presidential Dental. Thank you, Dr. Brown."

"When I walked into this office I was in the midst of a true dental emergency. A crown had popped off in the front of my mouth. I had visited at least 3 other dentists for implant consultations, but not one helped me. They just said I needed dental care immediately. I had booked with Dr. Brown on Zoc Doc, but I went on a Saturday and was seen by Dr. Hancock. Dr. Hancock is an excellent dentist!!! Not only did she painlessly deal with my tooth (an extraction was needed), but she helped me calm down and didn't judge me. When she saw I was freaking out she told me to focus on one thing at a time so I didn't become overwhelmed. I grew up with my grandparents and both had a full set of dentures. Nonetheless, it's not their fault. I can say I didn't take care of my teeth. I didn't brush and floss. I ate lots of sugary foods and now here I am. I'm going back this weekend for a treatment plan. I know I have a journey in front of me, but I trust Dr. Hancock's skill and I know I can take it one thing at a time. I also love the receptionist and the dental hygienist who work on the Saturdays that I've visited. Both know a lot about dentistry as well, help with billing, and explain everything thoroughly in addition to reminding you of all appointments. This is an excellent practice!! I had several consultations in my home state of NJ and the prices here are much more affordable. I feel like this is the right place for me to begin my journey toward dental health."

"Highly recommend! The team is the kindest, most professional dentist I’ve been to. I usually dread doctors appts in general, but going to Dr. Brown and her team is the best. Great care."
